PLANOMETER RUSSIAN

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 13, 2026

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy describes how Anton Grigorevskiy (the "Developer") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Planometer application and web service.

Planometer is a tool for planning, evaluating planning quality, and analyzing behavioral patterns. We treat your data like a personal journal: it belongs to you, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

2. What Data We Collect

Data you provide

Data collected automatically

Purchase data

When you buy AI credits (through the Apple App Store on iOS or a payment provider on Web), we receive the purchase status and a transaction identifier. Payment details (card numbers, bank details) are not stored on our servers — they are handled by Apple or the payment provider.

3. How We Use Your Data

4. Calendar Integration

Planometer connects to calendars and tasks in two ways:

Once connected, Planometer syncs your events and tasks:

5. Mail Integration

Connecting a mailbox is a separate feature that you turn on yourself; Planometer does not touch your mail until you do.

6. AI Data Processing

Planometer uses AI features (morning briefing and evening summary, weekly analytics, the text AI assistant, the voice AI assistant, mail triage). To power them, your data — plans, events, tasks, mail from connected mailboxes, and your name (for a personal greeting) — is sent to a third-party AI provider solely to process the request and generate the analysis. We send only what is necessary for the specific feature. We do not use this data for advertising and do not sell it. All AI features are on by default, so the welcome credits can be spent on any of them, and each has its own switch in Settings → AI features.

There are two providers, and they differ for text and for voice:

Journal of questions to the assistant

We keep the questions you ask the assistant and the answers to them: the text of the question and the answer, the time, which app features were used to answer, how much text was processed, the model, the credits spent, and the outcome. For the voice assistant, the question is stored as a transcript of your speech, together with the session's duration and what it cost us.

Why: to understand what the app is asked most often, what works badly in it, and what that costs. This is not advertising and not profiling, and these records are not shared with anyone.

How long: for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account deletes the journal along with all other data. If you want only your question history deleted while keeping the account, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

Clearing the assistant conversation inside the app removes it from the screen and from the conversation's memory, but does not touch the journal: they are two different records with two different purposes.

Your data is not used to train AI models. Every request we send is restricted to providers that do not retain or train on the content we send them; a provider that reserves the right to train on inputs is excluded from serving our requests. We do not train any model of our own on your data, and we do not pass your data to anyone for that purpose.

Google Workspace data and Limited Use

Planometer's use of information received from Google APIs, including Google Calendar and Google Tasks, adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular: raw and derived data obtained from Google Workspace APIs is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features described in this policy; it is not transferred to anyone except as needed to provide those features, and never to data brokers, advertisers, or for any advertising purpose; it is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models; and it is not sold.

7. Data Storage

Data is stored on secure Supabase servers with encryption. When you delete your account — through the app settings or by email request to [email protected] — all your data is deleted immediately and irreversibly. Uninstalling the app does not delete data from our servers; you must delete your account explicitly.

8. Sharing Data with Third Parties

The Developer does not sell your data. Data is shared only with:

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate or outdated information, delete your account, and export your data in a machine-readable format. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Children

The app is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you discover that an account was created by someone under 13, email [email protected] — we will delete the data.

11. Push Notifications

If you have allowed push notifications, Planometer may send event reminders, morning briefing and evening summary, weekly reports, and motivational notifications. You can revoke permission in your device or app settings at any time — this does not affect the app's core features.

12. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you at least 7 days in advance of material changes — via email or in-app notification. The current version is always available at planometer.app/legal/privacy.
