Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Planometer mobile application and web service (the "App"), developed and provided by Anton Grigorevskiy (the "Developer"). By registering or using the App, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.

2. Service Description

Planometer is a web application (planometer.app) and iOS application (App Store) for planning, evaluating planning quality, and analyzing behavioral patterns. Core features:

Keeping plans — events and tasks; completion tracking for tasks
Markers for categorizing events and analyzing how your time is distributed across activity types
Calculating Planometer — the discipline index
Integration with Google Calendar and Google Tasks, as well as iCloud and other CalDAV calendars (Yandex, Fastmail, etc.) — creating, editing, and deleting events and tasks
Syncing with Apple Reminders on the device (iOS), plus task lists kept inside the app itself, tied to no external service
Personal analytics and trends
Connecting mailboxes over IMAP/SMTP: reading correspondence, acting on messages (read state, moving between folders, deleting), and sending mail on your behalf
AI features: morning briefing and evening summary, weekly analytics, the text AI assistant, the voice AI assistant, mail triage
A credit system for access to AI features

3. Registration and Account

To use the App, you must register with an email or through OAuth providers (Apple, Google). Registration is available to users aged 13 and over. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity in your account.

4. Feature Access and AI Credits

Planometer's core features (keeping plans, calendar, analytics, streaks) are free with no time limit. AI features (morning briefing and evening summary, weekly analytics, the text and voice assistants, mail triage) run on a credit system: a starter pack of credits is granted on registration, and additional credits are earned for each day your Planometer is in the green zone. Credits are spent when you use AI features.

5. Paid Options

AI features run on credits (see §4). Additional AI credits can be purchased in the App. Current prices are shown in the App (on iOS — in the App Store at the point of purchase). Payment is processed by the Apple App Store (iOS) or a payment provider (Web); payment details are not stored on the Developer's servers.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the plans, completion records, markers, notes, and other content you create in the App. You grant the Developer a limited right to use this content solely to operate the App and provide its features. You may not post content that infringes third-party rights or contains illegal material.

7. Connected Mail and Sending on Your Behalf

By connecting a mailbox you authorise the Developer to act in that mailbox on your behalf and within your own rights.

The app performs only the actions you initiate: marking messages read, moving them between folders, deleting them, sending mail, and writing your markers as a message label. The Developer does not send mail on its own initiative and does not use your mailbox for its own purposes.
Mail sent through the app is YOUR mail: you are responsible for its content and its recipients exactly as you would be sending from any other mail program. Using the sending feature for bulk mailings, spam, or any message that breaks the law or your mail provider's rules is prohibited.
A draft prepared by AI is sent only after you confirm it. Responsibility for the text you send is yours, even when AI suggested it.
The Developer is not responsible for mail delivery, for your mail provider's actions, or for the limits your provider places on sending.
Disconnecting a mailbox in Settings ends the access and deletes the stored password and the mirror of its correspondence.

8. The Voice Assistant

The voice assistant works as a live conversation: while a session runs, audio from your microphone is streamed to the AI provider, and the answer comes back as speech.

The microphone is on only for the duration of a session, which you start and end.
A session is billed BY THE MINUTE, not by the number of questions: every minute started spends credits at the price shown in the app. The app displays a running timer and your remaining balance, warns you a minute before the balance runs out, and stops the session when it does.
A session stops automatically after a prolonged silence, so a microphone left open cannot quietly spend credits.
Anything you can ask by text you can ask by voice; actions that change your data are carried out after you confirm them.

9. AI Content and Limitations

Planometer's AI features (morning briefing and evening summary, weekly analytics, the text and voice assistants, mail triage) are on by default — so the welcome credits can be spent on any of them — and are turned off in Settings → AI features, each with its own switch.

AI content is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice

10. Data Privacy

Use of the App is governed by the Privacy Policy. Data is stored on secure servers with encryption. The Developer does not share data with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App — its design, code, and content (excluding user content) — belong to the Developer. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use of the App.

12. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." The Developer is not liable for:

Service interruptions, technical failures, or temporary unavailability
Data loss (we recommend exporting your data periodically)
Damages from use or inability to use the App
Accuracy or applicability of analytical insights and AI content

13. Changes to the Terms

The Developer may modify these Terms. We will notify you at least 7 days in advance of material changes — via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

You may delete your account in the App settings or by emailing [email protected]. On deletion, all data is removed immediately and irreversibly. The Developer may limit or terminate service in case of violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from use of the App will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If settlement is not possible, disputes will be resolved under the laws of the Developer's jurisdiction.
